Maybe you all can answer one question for us conservatives:
Why is your president hell bent on bankrupting every American with his budget proposals, cap and trade proposal, stimulus plans, Tarp's 1, 2, and 3, and his power grabbing Treasury Sec. that now wants unlimited powers over private enterprise?
We'll be waiting for an educated answer (no emotions necessary, just facts). |
I'll answer your question if you can answer mine:
Why is it that you ignorant conservative shills always expect straight answers to such blatantly loaded questions?
Maybe North Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming will vote the right way the next time. |
Kathy-1 you and who's army-0 I will keep score for ya |
Is there nobody living there or do they all have windmills? |
Bachmann has proven time and again to be totally disconnected from reality, so how is this time any different? I'll believe more reliable sources before I take anything this lunatic is selling. |
that this kind of information will never make the 5:00 news?? Uninformed voters are not only scary, but downright dangerous.
This disgusting human being will never stop until he has destroyed this country. Make no mistake, that IS HIS GOAL. After his destruction is complete, then he and his criminal congress will be at free will to re-build it in their communist dream. (We've surpassed the socialism stage, they are headed for full blown communism.) |
Isn't it great that 95% of the people got a tax cut that won't even come close to covering the expense associated with Obama's cap and trade program. Gee didn't he tell you guys how much better off you would be. |
as if you would know of a more reliable source, get over yourself already. And dont even think about using GE's chart |
Un-employment goes up Too. |
But yet Rep Bachmann is opposed to energy saving light bulbs, fuel efficiency standards, clean coal technology and the list goes on and on and on
Con-ser-va-tive – reluctant to accept change; in favor of preserving the status quo and traditional values and customs, and against abrupt change
Yup Rep. Bachmann is a true conservative; let’s just keep doing what we’re doing, no matter what the consequence
Con-ser-va-tive: reluctant to accept asinine change, like expensive light bulbs, unworkable solar and wind power, and cap and trade simply because some uber-Marxist Luddites have latched on to Global Warming pseudoscience as the means of imposing Fascist control over the populace. |
Gee, Kath - I'm BETTING that President Obama would be doing a lot of very different things if he didn't have to come in and stem the fatal hemorrhaging of taxpayer's money that he INHERITED. Sure, President Obama would have LOVED to enter his presidency with a SURPLUS like Bush had in 2001.
Your clown president spent big and spent recklessly for 8 years, using that surplus as a means to begin gifting his favorite Americans - the one percenters at the top - with big tax cuts, and waging a war of aggression based on lies for oil. Your GOP rubberstampers never ONCE stopped the reckless spending by Bush. NOT. ONCE. Instead they passed virtually every lousy, wasteful bill put forward by Bush and backed his every tragic whim.
And now you, in your parroting-class ignorance have the nerve to whine about President Obama working 24/7 to stop the ruination of our country at the hands of GOP rule. If you were smart, dear ignoramus, you'd stick a cork in your pie hole. |
Glad I don't live in North Dakota. They might as well join Canada if cap and trade passes. |
I didn't scroll all the way to the bottom. Sux to be a Wyomington!!! President Camacho payback for Cheney I guess. |
So often your personal attacks are perfectly tailored to be aptly directed toward yourself. I'm sure you have quite a collection of corks strewn about the house of which you could avail yourself. |
Obama working 24/7? On what Jay Leno's show? Alienating foreign leaders and allies? Cozying up to dictators and terrorist regime's?
Inherited? That has already been debunked by even the leftist news media who are starting to turn on their messiah. Yes, Bush did promote Tarp 1 with demonrat blessings, I will give you that, however your blessed Obambi was in the Oval Office giving his full support for it. He was also a member of the senate so he is complacent. Can't keep blaming Bush, Obambi now owns this economy along with the Demonrats.
Next up, was his asking Bush to help him get the second half of TARP 1 released by congress, before he was inaugurated!
Your clown president is hell bent in bankrupting this country Rae, plain and simple and guess what? That means you too! I assume though since you drink so much Kool-Aid that simple fact is lost on you.
Funny, I asked a simple question to start this thread, and have yet to receive an answer, just liberal hyperbole as usual. That means you too, you and whose army.
Why can't lefties just answer a question?
...that would require a novel leftie brain activity called 'a thought.' |
"Funny, I asked a simple question to start this thread, and have yet to receive an answer, just liberal hyperbole as usual. That means you too, you and whose army.
Why can't lefties just answer a question?"
Here's some equally simple questions:
When did you stop kicking your dog? How long have you been a meth addict? Where did you get your swastika pin?
Why can't the uneducated just answer a question?
"Kathy Kathy-1 you and who's army-0 I will keep score for ya"
Egads! Kathy gets a point for asking a fully loaded loony-right-wing-Hannity-ish question and I get nothing?!?! Come on! |
You will never get an answer from these lefties. The only thing that they know is Blame it on Bush, no matter what it is Blame it on Bush. I'll bet what Hillary told Mexico yesterday was Bush's fault. Obama making the gaffe on Leno regarding his bowling was Bush's fault. The fact that Obama has now tripled the deficit in less than three months of course is Bush's fault. ACORN sending buses to the homes of the AIG execs, you guessed it Bush's fault again. This is the only answer that they can ever give. Pretty sad. |
Q. When did you stop kicking your dog? A. When you stopped slapping your mother around!
Q. How long have you been a meth addict? A. As long as you have been!
Q. Where did you get your swastika pin? A. Same place you got your brown shirt
Kathy's Question: Are you done being a complete blathering idiot yet?
Told ya, nothing but liberal hyperbole!
Eagle Eye: Thanks for keeping score!

You got asinine right but I think it applies to your comment
Many people are opposing a congressional mandate on the new energy saving lightbulbs, not just conservatives. Why?
They contain deadly amounts of mercury!
When dropped on a floor and broken, there is no way from cleaning/absorbing all of the mercury that they spill into your household without the aid of a Haz Mat team.
Highly toxic, especially for the elderly, small children and pets.
Wake up Michael, its not a left/right thing its a fatality issue!
Are you related to Raelie? Such stupidity is unbecoming. |
I get to keep my hope and the government takes all my change. I can probably handle it, but everyone making $80k and less is screwed. |
That it is mandated is the issue. That you have no problem with it being mandated is proof of uber-Marxist Luddism. That you would welcome the mandate in the name of the New Religion of Climatism is strong indication of the limited intelligence necessary to be an uber-Marxist Luddite. Asinine, indeed. |
Kathy,
Name calling becomes you; my comment was directed at EXeye's comment about cost.
But as long as you blabbered on, fluorescent light bulbs have been in use for decades; Rep. Bachmann’s mercury red herring was just that; a red herring.
Also you obviously didn’t read the description of the 3 bulbs for eight dollars “It also reduces and controls hazardous materials like carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, mercury, lead, and more.” I know you conservatives do not like abrupt change, but most products are improved as time goes on.
I guess you must have been opposed to taking lead out of gasoline and paint, the requirements that lead to more fuel efficient cars, scrubbers at coal fired power plants, taking PCBs out of electronics and transformers or dumping raw sewage into our lakes and rivers.
Hey, just because Rep. Bachmann says it, doesn't mean you have to believe it
The removal of lead and PCBs was based on scientific FACT. The removal of the incandescent bulb is based on a scientific HOAX.
Raw sewage in the rivers? Where are you living? |
Of course, Michele fails to note minor details like how many fewer deaths we'd have from lowered pollution, or how much less cancer or respiratory diseases, or countless other health costs. But then again, we're talking about Michele Bachmann here, where facts don't matter.
And we're talking about Clownhall, where the wingnut clowns swallow--they don't spit! |
This graph comes from the House Ways and Means Committee. Rep. Bachmann is not even on that committee, so she certainly did not make these figures up.
Chairman Obama's cap and trade policy will bankrupt not only energy companies, but also lower income families. According to this chart, my family of 6 in WI will see our electric bill go from $80 a month to $407 a month; in other words, from 2% of our income to 12% of our income! |
Do you see what this government wants to do... the Treasury wants the power to take over a business..if they see fit to do so...we better wake up and start to pay attention in what's going on here people... is this not socialism.. communist. When the government wants to plan and control the economy and businesses. I was watching Hannity last night and he had Daniel Hannan on, and he was talking about what made America great and that was small government, right from the beginning..it was Capitalism that made America number one in the world. if we don't wake up...we will lose our freedom in the United States of America. call your Senators and congressmen and tell them to vote against this Budget plan, this will Bankrupt our country... then what.. the government will take over the Banking industry the auto industry the insurance industry...this is Communist or Socialism what ever you want to call it. its not the American way people.
Are freaking serious? You are another example of a village idiot who's got the candle raised while singing Kumbaya.
Like I always say to patchouli wearing hippies...It's gonna suck to be you when it all comes down to it.

Why are death rates falling if the population is growing. |
Ms. Bachmann, I am from Ohio, however I saw your questions of Guitner and others in the financial leadership. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU!! Thank you for getting it and taking the time to get them to make a definitive statement on record about the common currency. Also, Barney's actions to cut you off were despicable. Thank you for your stand and thank you for your interview on Glenn Beck. |
Mrs. Bachmann, I heard your comments about this issue about getting armed and dangerous. I think you are spot on in your assessment and saying what most of Americans are feeling right now. Keep up the great work, please consider co-sponsoring the Fairtax. |
You are right, but no one will listen! |
If we want to take the country into full blown depression then this is the way to do it. May I remind everyone that the wheels started coming of this financial bubble last summer when gas was over four dollars a gallon. Budgets couldn't take it, something had to give.
I'd like to see the science that proves that CO2 is anything more than airborne plant food. I pump it into my greenhouse, not to raise the temperature because it doesn't do that, because it makes the plants grow faster.
How did so many people make it to high office after skipping 8th grade science? |
Yes, please tell us about the sykrocketing cost of energy after Bush and Cheney used the deregulated floodgates to let Ken Lay rip off the energy markets. Yes, economic advice from the GOP. Rich! |
Rep. Bachmann, This is a time of unprecedented daily attacks on our children's future and our economic and politcal viability. The Constitution of this great country is under assault by Congress. We understand that our Constitution, by limiting the powers of federal government, ensures our citizens opportunity and Liberty. These freedoms must be fought for and protected for without this Liberty there is only Tyranny. Thank you for speaking up for this country's citizens, for pointing out unconstitutional legislation, doing a fine job. God bless you.

"I'd like to see the science that proves that CO2 is anything more than airborne plant food. I pump it into my greenhouse ... because it makes the plants grow faster."
You vent CO2 into your greenhouse? After you do so, do you go in there, close the door, and hang around? I'm betting you don't, because you're still alive to post on TH.
Isn't that proof that CO2 is more than just plant food? Are you saying that it's a good idea to feed the plants and kill the people? |
